How is our mold trial punctuality?

We are well aware of the impact of the on-time delivery of goods on the progress of customer projects. Our on-time rate for mold testing can reach 98%!

How long does it take us to complete the DFM?

1-3 days after order is placed.

How fast is our response to customers?

All inquiries will be responded to within 12-24 hours. All mold and injection molding product after-sales service will respond within 12-24 hours.

Can we do a mold flow analysis?

Certainly! Our engineering design team with more than 15 years of experience can provide customers with mold flow analysis reports to help customers optimize mold design.

How long does it take to provide customers with design drawings?

After the customer confirms the DFM, design drawings can be provided to the customer in 3-5 days.

How do foreign customers ensure mold quality?

We will send a long video of the mold trial to the customer to ensure that the mold can be produced normally. After the mold trial is completed, we will send the trial mold samples to the customer as soon as possible. If the customer determines that the mold needs modification, customers’ team can communicate with us through video conferencing, email, etc. We will not send the mold until the customer confirms that there are no problems with the samples. In addition, our first-time pass rate for trial molds can reach 99%!

How to manage different projects?

Our management system perfectly integrates the four management concepts of IATF16949 (automotive products), ISO13485 (medical products), ISO9001 (applicable to all other products) and ISO14001 (environmental management). During the cooperation process, we strictly control the quality of molds and injection parts, continuously test product data at each production stage, provide project progress feedback to customers every week, and provide customers with real and effective test reports!

What are the hot runner brands commonly used in molds?

Commonly used include: YUDO, Mold Master, DME, Hasco, Incoe, Syneventive, etc. We will design the mold according to the brand specified by the customer to make the mold more convenient for production. If the customer does not specify any hot runner brand, we will recommend the most cost-effective brand based on the customer's expected production injection molding efficiency.
