Aero Moulds for aircraft reading light cover is one of our customer's customized cases of Aviation mold and Aero injection moulding. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 steel and the mold life can reach 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The hardness of the S136 steel reaches HRC48-52. The surface finish of the cavity is texture. Our texture is mature, high-quality, and the appearance of the texture is very uniform. The product material uses POM. injection molding of POM material, the mold temperature is controlled at 80-90°C and the melt temperature at 190-210°C. POM plastic has high hardness, which makes it excellent in high pressure, wear and scratch resistance, and is often used in the aviation field.
