We have rich experience in mold making for PEEK Mould. As we know that PEEK Material has good performance of high temperature resistance, which can reached 140℃ to 180℃ when mold making and also can reach to 320~390℃ during products injection molding producing. We used H13 steel with hardness of HRC48-52 in this mold. The mold cavities are 1*2, the surface finish of the cavities is polished.
