The mould base steel is S50C, mold insert steel is 2083, 1*4 cavities, and surface finish of the cavity is polish. We adopted the gate way of cold runner sub gate, and using HIPS material when in injection molding. After our test on the mold, the surface of the product is smooth, with high gloss, without any sink marks and flashes.
