Car seats/bus seats/passenger car seats belong to the mold making case of our Auto Interior parts, the product material is PA 6+30GF, the material molding temperature reaches 270 to 280 degrees, the mold temperature is 80-100 degrees, surface finish is texture.

This product use for car passenger seats. The mold steel is H13, the hardness is HRC48-52, the mold life is 400,000 to 500,000 shot, and the gate way is hot runner system pin valve gate. The mold needs to be produced by injection molding on a 1000-ton injection molding machine. The parting surface of the mold requires a good fit, and the depth of the exhaust should be just right. The first test of our mold was successful, no flash, no sink mark.
