The molding temperature needs to reach 270 to 280 degrees, and the surface finish is texture. The mold temperature is 80-100°C. This mold steel uses H13, hardness HRC48-52, using this steel can make the mold life reach 400,000 to 500,000 shots. The gate way is hot runner system pin valve gate.
